COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS

Payment Processing and Service Access

Payments for our services are processed via a secure external platform (Whop). This platform enables subscription management and can automatically assign roles on Discord or other platforms for access to premium content.

Important: By making a purchase via the external payment platform, you also accept their terms of use and privacy policy. Prestigia Trading is not responsible for technical problems or malfunctions related to the external payment platform.

Access to premium services (Discord, Telegram, or other platforms) is automated and depends on the proper functioning of the payment platform. In case of access problems, contact our support.

Billing

Subscribers need to agree that the payments for their subscription cannot be disputed on grounds of trading losses. If you do not cancel your membership plan, we will charge your account at the end of every billing cycle.

Cancellations

You can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email at least 48 hours before your next billing period. Requests must be sent only to our official email address.

Refunds

This service is a virtual digital product that cannot be returned and therefore is non-refundable. All sales are final. By becoming a client, you certify that you are well aware of this aspect and you waive any right to file for a refund after purchase.

Plan Changes and Service Access

Prestigia Trading offers different services and subscription levels. Access to different premium services is automatically managed by the external payment platform according to your active subscription.

Each service has its own processing system and access level. Thus, when a customer subscribes to a service, access is limited to that specific service. To access other services or premium levels, new subscriptions must be made.

Discord roles and platform access are automatically assigned and revoked according to your subscription status.

At Prestigia Trading, we provide signals and services through various platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.). Access to these premium services is managed via an external payment platform that automatically assigns the necessary roles and access.
